Connecting Quilts offers printing services to print photos for you to sew into your quilt. Photos are printed on white pima cotton using textile inks. Once heat set, your photo is now washable and sun fast from fading. Photo fabric is very soft to the touch, there is no stiffness as the fabric is not pre-treated for ink jet printers.
Please follow the guidelines listed below for best picture results.
Photos are 10.00 each. A photograph can be any size and resized to your specifications. Red eye correction and small touch up work is included in the price. Additional charges may apply for pictures requiring major repair or correction. Examples of corrections would include removing water stains, torn or folded pictures, or removing a person from the picture. We will discuss additional charges with you prior to printing.
Photo’s can be sent via mail or email. Please avoid having pictures copied at a photo store as a duplicate picture. We understand how you may not want to send original photos, however, copies seriously compromise the quality of the photo, resulting in poor contrast and color issues. If sending pictures via email or disk, please be sure to scan the photo using a high resolution of 300 dpi for best contrast and color results.
